刘文胜,身材不高但很敦实,不苟言笑但儒雅威严,他是江苏滨海县检察院副检察长、反贪污贿赂局局长,中共党员,1994年6月进入滨海县检察院工作。近年来,他先后荣获盐城市劳动模范、盐城市知名检察官,被江苏省检察院荣记个人二等功。2014年、2015年,分别被授予全国“模范检察官”、全国检察机关首届“守望正义——群众最喜爱的检察官”等荣誉称号,并作为最高人民检察院英模事迹 Liu Wensheng, not tall but very practical, unsmiling but dignified and graceful, he is deputy chief procurator of Jiangsu Binhai Procuratorate, the Secretary for Corruption and Bribery, a member of the Communist Party of China, in June 1994 to enter the Binhai County Procuratorate work.
