本文探讨对平面连杆机构进行综合动力平衡的方法。通过合理选取连秆机构的平衡量,能部分地平衡机构振动力,从而使轴承动反力、振动力矩及输入力矩等动力参数都能得到改善。应用计算机能方便地获得使最大振动力减小到某一期望值时的一系列平衡量,进而应用图形显示 CAD 方法获得理想平衡量的设计范围,并选取较佳值。实例分析计算表明,这种综合动力平衡法比只考虑振动力的完全平衡法有很大的灵活性和实用性。
This article explores the method of comprehensive power balance of planar linkage. By reasonably selecting the balance amount of the stalk mechanism, the vibration force of the mechanism can be partially balanced, so that the dynamic parameters such as the reaction force, the vibration moment and the input moment of the bearing can be improved. A series of balances can be easily obtained when the maximum vibrational force is reduced to a certain expected value by using a computer, and then the design range of the ideal balance amount is obtained by using the graphic display CAD method, and a better value is selected. The case study shows that this kind of comprehensive dynamic balance method is more flexible and practical than the complete balance method that only considers the vibration force.
