在pH3.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中和有TritonX-100存在下,二氯化双(丁氧羰乙基)锡(简写为R2SnCl2)与桑色素形成1:1的荧光络合物。络合物的激发波长和发射波长分别为443.2um和514.4um。R2SnCl2中的Sn浓度在0-3.0mg/L范围内,与络合物荧光强度呈线性关系。方法检出限为7.81μg/LSn,用于PVC中间产品和污水中R2SnCl2的测定,结果满意,相对标准偏差分别为0.82%和0.61%,回收率在97.5%-99.2%之间。
Bis (butoxycarbonylethyl) tin dichloride (abbreviated R2SnCl2) forms a 1: 1 fluorescent complex with morin in the presence of Triton X-100 in HAc-NaAc buffer at pH 3.0. The excitation and emission wavelengths of the complexes were 443.2um and 514.4um, respectively. The concentration of Sn in R2SnCl2 was in the range of 0-3.0 mg / L, which showed a linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity of complex. The method detection limit was 7.81μg / LSn, which was used for the determination of R2SnCl2 in PVC intermediate and wastewater. The results were satisfactory with relative standard deviations of 0.82% and 0.61%, respectively. The recovery was 97.5% -99 .2% between.
