根据单轮旋压工作原理,采用一种变薄旋压工艺成形小口径薄壁筒形件,并通过有限元模拟软件分析了旋轮成形角、减薄率和进给量对金属变形的影响,确定了旋压成形工艺参数。采用模拟结果对小口径铝合金管进行变薄旋压实验,产品的机械性能、内外表面质量和椭圆度都得到了显著的提高,充分证明了该工艺的可行性,为进一步深入研究和推广小口径薄壁筒形件的变薄旋压工艺奠定了基础。
According to the working principle of single wheel spinning, a thinning spinning process was used to form the small-diameter thin-walled cylindrical part.
