目的寻找简便方法来观察动物接噪的个体差异。方法按大鼠接噪〔100dB(A)〕0.5h血压和心率的变化,将大鼠分为A、B两类,再观察接噪〔105dB(A)〕15周内各类大鼠血压动态变化。结果A类反应大鼠接噪8周后,血压明显高于B类反应大鼠暴露组,12,15周时血压明显高于A类反应大鼠对照组,而B类反应大鼠在同样条件下未见血压明显变化。结论此分型方法比原来用心电图分型方法简单,更便于观察现场接噪工人的个体差异。
Objective To find a convenient way to observe the individual differences of animal noise. Methods The rats were divided into A and B groups according to the change of blood pressure and heart rate at 0.5h after receiving the noise [100dB (A)], then the blood pressure Dynamic changes. Results The blood pressure in group A rats was significantly higher than that in group B rats exposed to noise for 8 weeks. The blood pressure at 12 and 15 weeks was significantly higher than that in rats in group A, while the rats in group B under the same conditions Under no significant changes in blood pressure. Conclusion This classification method is simpler than the original ECG classification method, and more convenient to observe the individual differences of the workers receiving noise in the field.
