在雨水沟道上利用天然地形作为雨水调节池,用来暂时停蓄雨水迳流的洪举流量,可以降低調节池下游沟管和雨水唧站的造价。苏联学者提出了数种計算雨水胡节池容积的近似方法,但由于其方法的基本假定不合理,因而导致其結論有一定程度的偏差。因此,追一問题并沒有从理論上或实用上科到合理的解决。作者綜合苏联学者們的方法和理論,根据雨水迳流理論提出切合实用的推理計算公式。
The use of natural terrain as a rainwater conditioning pool on storm drains is used to temporarily stop the flooding of stormwater turbulence, which can reduce the construction cost of the downstream trenches and rainwater surge stations. Soviet scholars have proposed several methods to calculate the volume of rainwater pools, but due to the unreasonable assumptions of their methods, their conclusions have a certain degree of deviation. Therefore, the pursuit of a problem has not gone from theoretical or practical to a reasonable solution. The author integrates the methods and theories of Soviet scholars and proposes a practical and inferential calculation formula based on the turbulence theory of rainwater.
