目的探讨眶内容剜除术后的一期修复。方法４例眶内容剜除后一期修复的病例，２例采用局部转移皮瓣（面颊部转移皮瓣或额部移位皮瓣）修补眼睑缺损；另２例采用颞肌瓣填充眼眶缺损，面颊部或额部转移皮瓣修补眼睑缺损。结果４例病人术后的眼睑和眼眶缺损得以一期修复，外观尚满意。结论颞肌瓣填充眼眶缺损和局部转移皮瓣修补眼睑缺损是眶内容剜除术后较为理想的修复方法。
Objective To investigate the first phase of orbital surgery. Methods Four cases of orbital contents were treated with posterior temporal repair. One case was repaired with partial transfer flap (cheek and forehead transfer flap or forehead shift flap) in 2 cases. The other 2 cases were filled with temporal muscle flap for orbital defect. Buccal or frontal transfer flap to repair eyelid defect. Results 4 cases of patients with eyelid and orbital defect after a period of repair, the appearance is still satisfactory. Conclusions Temporal muscle flap filling orbital defect and local transfer flap repair of eyelid defect is an ideal repair method of orbital content.
