本文采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对两性生殖的、产地分别是内蒙古锡盟桑根达莱盐湖卤虫(S)和伊盟浩勒报吉盐湖卤虫(H)进行了LDH、EST和MDH同工酶的分离。结果表明,品系s和H的这三种同工酶均为多态酶,其酶谱通过与侯林等(1993)[3]所做的研究相比较,伊盟和锡盟这两个品系的卤虫不属于A.franciscana,和中国孤雌生殖品系的差异大(新疆巴里坤湖的除外),但与山西运城和吉林工农湖的两性品系卤虫较为相似。
In this paper, vertical plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, for both sexes, origin are Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Sanggen Dalai Salt Lake Artemia (S) and Iran Union Hao Le reported Ji Salt Lake Artemia (LDH), LDH, Isolation of EST and MDH Isoenzymes. The results showed that these three isozymes of strains s and H were all polymorphic, and their zymograms were compared with that of Hou Lin et al (1993) [3] Artemia does not belong to A. franciscana, and Chinese parthenogenetic strains of large differences (Xinjiang Barkhik Lake except), but with Shanxi Yuncheng and Jilin workers and peasants Lake amphibians are more similar.
