本文研究的样品系河南医学科学研究所李继成等同志分离提供的.所研究的四个二萜化合物中两个是新的二萜,命名为毛叶香茶菜素A和B.通过红外、紫外、核磁共振和质谱的研究以及化转变成epinodosin(11)将毛叶香茶菜素A的结构确定为3.光谱研究和化学转变成isodonal(20)确定了毛叶香茶菜素B的结构为16。初步的抗癌试验表明,3和16对体外培养的ECA癌细胞有显著的细胞毒作用.其它两个二萜成份分别与已知的enmenol(12)和epinodosinol(13)相同
The sample studied in this paper was provided by Li Jicheng and other comrades from Henan Institute of Medical Science.It was found that two of the four diterpene compounds studied were new diterpenes and named as mulberry chaff A and B. Through infrared and ultraviolet , Nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry, and the conversion into epinodosin (11) identified the structure of maceratorin A as 3. Spectral studies and chemical shifts into isodonal (20) identified the structure of maceratorin B Is 16. Preliminary anticancer experiments showed that 3 and 16 have a significant cytotoxic effect on ECA cancer cells cultured in vitro, and the other two diterpene components are the same as known enmenol (12) and epinodosinol (13) respectively
