一、重视师生情感交流,培养学习兴趣师生关系是以基本的人生观为前提的,如果教育者认为:人的天性是懒惰的、不思进取的,需要严格教诲,才能启迪良知。那么权威型师生关系应该是最为有效的。传统的师道尊严,便是权威型师生关系的体现。现代教育观则认为人的本性是积极的、向上的具有生长与进取的潜力,教育的目的是开发人的潜能,促进人的健全发展,而权威型的师生关系无疑会扼杀儿童的创造力和禀赋,因此我们必须建立新型的师生关系。 First, attach importance to emotional exchanges between teachers and students and develop interest in learning The relationship between teachers and students is based on the basic concept of life as a precondition, if educators believe that: human nature is lazy, enterprising, requires strict education in order to inspire conscience. However, the authoritative relationship between teachers and students undoubtedly stifles children’s creativity And endowments, so we must establish a new type of teacher-student relationship.
