目的 为了探讨多药耐药基因表达 (Multidrug Resistance MDR)在不同分型、分期胃癌中的表达及与预后的关系。方法 应用抗鼠抗人 P- gp、GST- π和 TOPO 单克隆抗体对 80例胃癌进行免疫组化研究。结果 P- gp表达与临床分期呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,GST- π表达强度与生存期相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,TOPO 表达与胃癌组织分化程度相关(P<0 .0 5 )。其中 ,P- gp表达与 GST-π高度相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,GST-π与 TOPO 表达相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,P- gp与 TOPO 表达不相关。结论 MDR基因产物表达 (P- gp,GST- π和 TOPO )具相关性 ,提示 MDR可能由一系列相同基因组调控。
Objective To investigate the expression of Multidrug Resistance MDR in different types and stages of gastric cancer and its relationship with prognosis. Methods 80 cases of gastric cancer were immunohistochemically studied with anti-mouse anti-human P-gp, GST-π and TOPO monoclonal antibodies. Results The expression of P-gp was positively correlated with clinical stage (P <0.05). The expression of GST-π was correlated with the survival time (P <0.05). The expression of TOPO was correlated with the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer (P <0.05). 0 5). Among them, P-gp expression was highly correlated with GST-π (P <0.01), GST-π was associated with TOPO expression (P <0.05), P-gp was not correlated with TOPO expression. Conclusion The expression of MDR gene products (P-gp, GST-π and TOPO) are correlated, suggesting that MDR may be regulated by a series of identical genomes.
