为探讨bFGF玻璃体腔内注射对光诱导的光感受器细胞变性的保护作用,选用8~10周的雌性SD鼠放入12小时暗、12小时亮(1400~1650Lux)的氙弧灯循环光下6天,分别于照射前2天或照射的不同时间给动物右眼玻璃体腔内注入生理盐水稀释的bFGF(1μg/10μl)20μl,左眼注入等量的生理盐水。光照后10天,生理盐水注射眼绝大多数的外核层细胞及光感受器内外段丧失;而光照前及光照早期给药眼,外核层细胞及光感受器的内外段明显厚于对侧眼。初步研究结果表明,早期玻璃体腔内应用bFGF对光诱导的鼠光感受器细胞变性有保护作用
In order to investigate the protective effect of intravitreal injection of bFGF on light-induced photoreceptor cell degeneration, female SD rats aged 8 to 10 weeks were exposed to xenon arc lamp light with 12 hours light (1400-1650 Lux) Day, 20μl of bFGF (1μg / 10μl) diluted with saline were injected into the right eye vitreous cavity at 2 days before irradiation or at different times of irradiation, and the left eye was injected with the same amount of normal saline. 10 days after irradiation, most of the outer nuclear layer cells and photoreceptor inner and outer segments of normal saline injected eyes lost; whereas the inner and outer segments of the outer layer and photoreceptors were significantly thicker than the contralateral eyes . Preliminary results show that early application of bFGF in the vitreous cavity has a protective effect on light-induced degeneration of murine photoreceptor cells
