研究了两步法制备泡沫镁合金的工艺,考察了发泡剂、增粘剂及Al加入量对泡沫镁合金结构的影响。结果表明,通过控制发泡剂、增粘剂及Al加入量,采用两步法工艺可以制备出结构均匀、孔隙率高的泡沫镁合金。发泡剂或增粘剂的加入量过高或过低时,泡沫镁合金中会出现无泡实体或较大气体空腔的缺陷。当合金熔体中不添加Al时,泡沫镁合金中普遍存在气孔大小不均匀的现象;加入2%~6%的Al后,合金熔体的倾倒流动性提高,泡沫镁合金的气孔大小基本均匀一致。随着发泡剂或增粘剂加入量的增加,泡沫镁合金的孔隙率先增大后减小,当发泡剂加入量为2%或增粘剂加入量为0.1%时,泡沫镁合金的孔隙率最大。随着熔体中Al加入量的增加,泡沫镁合金的孔隙率逐渐增大。
The process of two-step preparation of foamed magnesium alloy was studied. The effects of foaming agent, tackifier and Al addition on the structure of foamed magnesium alloy were investigated.
