目的:分析入职体检中的实验室检查结果,为今后职业健康体检工作提供参考依据。方法:选择进行入职体检者2358例,进行血常规、尿常规、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)检查,操作过程严格按照规定进行。结果:2358名体检者的红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、ALT及血小板5项检测结果的平均值均在正常值范围之内;贫血发生率为3.18%,其中男1.53%,女5.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白细胞减少发生率为0.98%;血小板的异常率为0.81%;ALT异常率为4.28%;尿常规检测的不合格率为8.18%。结论:ALT和尿常规是入职体检不合格的主要原因,血常规检测简便、快速,能有效的筛查出贫血,血细胞减少、血小板异常等症状,在入职体检中进行血常规检测也是十分有必要的。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the laboratory test results in the entry examination and provide a reference for the future occupational health examination. Methods: A total of 2358 medical examinations were performed. Blood tests, urine tests and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) tests were performed. The procedure was strictly followed. Results: The mean value of 5 test results of red blood cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin, ALT and platelets in 2358 subjects was within the normal range. The incidence of anemia was 3.18%, of which 1.53% was male and 5.03% was female, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of leukopenia was 0.98%. The abnormal rate of platelet was 0.81%. The abnormal rate of ALT was 4.28%. The rate of unqualified urine test was 8.18%. Conclusion: ALT and routine urine tests are the main reasons for the unqualified medical examination. The blood tests are simple, rapid and effective to screen out the symptoms such as anemia, cytopenias and platelet abnormalities. It is also very necessary to carry out routine blood tests of.
