前言目前,国内竹笋的需要量迅速地增长到10年前的2倍,20年前的3倍。现在,全国平均每人的消费量是2.5公斤。从供给量方面来看,如果折算成鲜笋的话,国内产量和进口量已差不多相等。特别是最近以来,中国产的竹笋输入有增大的倾向,因而强烈地希望充实国内的生产基地和提高生产技术。为此,综合福冈县林业试验场的试验结果和县内的实况分析,对(毛竹)竹笋的生产技术介绍如下。
Foreword At present, the domestic demand for bamboo shoots rapidly increased to twice as high as 10 years ago and three times 20 years ago. At present, the average consumption per person in the country is 2.5 kg. From the perspective of supply, if converted into fresh shoots, the domestic output and imports have been almost equal. In recent years, the input of bamboo shoots made in China has tended to increase. Therefore, it is strongly hoped that the domestic production bases and the production technologies will be enhanced. Therefore, based on the test results of the Fukuoka Forestry Experiment Station and the livelihood analysis in the prefecture, the production technology of bamboo shoots (Moso bamboo) is introduced as follows.
