试验研究了反重力浇注条件下 ,铝合金消失模真空低压铸造的充型流动特性。通过采用电极触点法测定不同条件 (真空度、浇注温度、内浇道面积 )下铝合金液体流动前沿的变化规律 ,获得了不同条件下液态ZL10 1的充型等时曲线 ;分析了影响铝合金消失模真空低压铸造充型形态的主要因素。
Experimental study of the anti-gravity pouring conditions, the disappearance of aluminum alloy vacuum filling mold filling flow characteristics. The electrode contact method was used to determine the variation of liquid aluminum flow front under different conditions (vacuum degree, pouring temperature and gate area), and the isochronal filling-isochron curve of liquid ZL10 1 under different conditions was obtained.
