目的 :通过两面针碱在碱溶液中的反应实验 ,对文献报道的氯化两面针碱可能存在 C(6 ) =N (5 )双键结构高反应活性的抗癌机制提出质疑。方法 :在无氧条件下 ,抗癌生物碱氯化两面针碱与不含某些特定氨基酸的氢氧化钠水溶液反应。结果和结论 :在该反应条件下生成等量的 5 ,6 -二氢两面针碱和氧化两面针碱。该结果和相关的理论分析基本否定了有关文献提出的氯化两面针碱可能的抗癌机制 ,并认为其机制尚待深入研究。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the anticancer mechanism of nitidine chloride (Cinobufacine) in the literature, which may be related to the high reactivity of C (6) = N (5) double bonds by the reaction of nitidine chloride in alkaline solution. Methods: Under the condition of anaerobic conditions, the anticancer alkaloid chloridized nitidine chloride reacted with sodium hydroxide aqueous solution which did not contain some specific amino acids. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: An equivalent amount of 5, 6-dihydronpinar and nitidine oxide was formed under the reaction conditions. The results and related theoretical analysis basically denied the possible anti-cancer mechanism of nitidine chloride proposed in the literature, and the mechanism is still to be further studied.
