目的:对伸筋草不同极性提取物中药效成分α-玉柏碱含量进行分析,并对其抗家兔血小板聚集活性进行研究。方法:采用HPLC法测定各提取物中α-玉柏碱含量,并用家兔血浆检测各样品对兔血小板聚集的抑制率及IC50。结果:各提取物中α-玉柏碱含量正丁醇>氯仿>石油醚>水;与空白对照组相比,α-玉柏碱有明显抑制血小板聚焦作用,伸筋草各提取物也均能显著抑制由ADP血小板聚集(P<0.01),以正丁醇提取物作用最强,剩余水层作用最弱。结论:伸筋草提取物及α-玉柏碱具有明显抑制家兔血小板聚集的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the content of a-jade alkaloids in different polar extracts of Sciliargrass and study its anti-rabbit platelet aggregation activity. Methods: The content of α - cumulus base in each extract was determined by HPLC. The inhibitory rate and IC50 of each sample on rabbit platelet aggregation were measured by rabbit plasma. Results: α-Jade alkaloids in each extract were n-butanol> chloroform> petroleum ether> water. Compared with the blank control group, α-jade alkali inhibited the platelet focalization significantly, Inhibition of platelet aggregation by ADP (P <0.01), n-butanol extract strongest role, the weakest remaining water layer. Conclusion: Sclatergrass extract and α-Jade alkaloids can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation in rabbits.
