Vishay发布两款专门针对低速数据传输设计的微型红外接收器TS-DP34138/56和TSDP34338/56,扩大其光电子产品组合。它们适用于计量、传感器、自动化和游戏机里的低复杂度、低成本的信号发送。今天发布的VishaySemiconductors接收器设定的工作电压为2.5V~5.5V,在3.3V下的供电电流为0.35mA,每个器件包含安装在引线框架上的一个光电二极管和前置放大器。器件的环氧树脂封装的尺寸为6.0mm×6.9mm×5.6mm,可用作红外带通滤波器,与廉价的940nm红外LED搭配使用。
Vishay Releases Two Tiny IR Receivers TS-DP34138 / 56 and TSDP34338 / 56 Designed for Low-Speed Data Transfer, Expanding Opto-Electronics Portfolio. They are suitable for low complexity, low cost signaling in metering, sensors, automation and gaming consoles. Today’s VishaySemiconductors receivers are set to operate from 2.5V to 5.5V and supply current of 0.35mA at 3.3V. Each device includes a photodiode and preamplifier mounted on the leadframe. The device’s epoxy package size 6.0mm × 6.9mm × 5.6mm, can be used as an infrared band-pass filter, and the cheap 940nm infrared LED with the use.
