串联光子晶体磁控滤波偏光器

为了研究基于旋磁材料的一维光子晶体一正一斜地放置串联结构的传输属性,利用适合旋磁材料一维层状结构的传输矩阵计算公式,计算了串联结构的透射谱。在对结构施加相同方向的外磁场时,得到窄带透射峰,实现了滤波功能。改变右侧光子晶体磁场方向,从左侧光子晶体入射的光束将在右侧斜放的光子晶体表面产生全反射,光束方向偏转90°。通过磁场方向的调制实现了器件的滤波和偏光双功能。 In order to study the transmission properties of a tandem structure based on a one-dimensional photonic crystal of gyromagnetic material, the transmission spectra of the tandem structure were calculated by using the transfer matrix formula suitable for the one-dimensional layered structure of gyromagnetic material. When applying the external magnetic field of the same direction to the structure, a narrowband transmission peak is obtained, and the filtering function is realized. Changing the direction of the magnetic field of the right photonic crystal, the light beam incident from the left photonic crystal will be totally reflected on the surface of the photonic crystal obliquely placed on the right side, and the beam direction is deflected by 90 °. Through the modulation of the magnetic field to achieve the device filtering and polarization dual function.
