有效的教学激励可以激发学生的激情,给予学生无限的学习动力,让他们产生超越自我和他人的欲望。并将潜在的巨大的内驱力释放出来,更加热爱学习,从而实现自身价值。对于小学生来说,小学语文课堂是教师给予学生改进反馈的重要环节。本文围绕小学语文课堂的激励机制展开论述,提出四种激励方式,一是赞扬激励,二是民主激励,三是竞争激励,四是彰显个性激励,并围绕这四种激励方式展开论述。 Effective teaching motivation can stimulate students’ passion, give students unlimited motivation to learn, and make them have the desire to surpass themselves and others. And release potential huge internal drive, more love to learn, so as to realize their own value. For elementary school students, the primary Chinese classroom is an important part that teachers give students to improve their feedback. This article focuses on the motivation mechanism of Chinese class in primary school, and puts forward four ways of motivation. One is praising motivation, the other is democratic motivation, the third is competitive motivation, the fourth is personal motivation, and the four motivations are discussed.
