某框架-双筒复杂超限高层建筑,在设计中有针对性地采取比现行规范更严格的抗震措施,关键构件采用抗震性能化方法设计;同时介绍了框架-双筒结构的设计特点,采用不同的计算软件进行结构分析以及对型钢混凝土梁柱节点的细化设计。结果表明,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到预期的抗震性能目标和规范要求。
