许多渗碳或碳氮共渗零件,往往有一些部位不希望渗碳或碳氮共渗。过去常采用切去渗碳层或镀铜的方法达到此目的。切碳法虽可靠,但费工费料、工艺复杂、且渗后不能直接淬火;镀铜法被广泛采用,但工艺烦琐、成本较高,对碱性镀钢的废液不易处理。为了解决上述问题,南京汽车齿轮厂进行了用抗渗涂料代镀铜的新技术研究工作,经多次试验,找到了几种以氧化硼(硼酐)为基质的涂料,获得良好效果。现简介如下:
Many carburizing or carbonitriding parts, often do not want some parts of carburizing or carbonitriding. Used to cut the carburized layer or copper method to achieve this purpose. Although the carbon cutting method is reliable, but the labor costs of materials, complex processes, and can not be quenched directly after infiltration; copper plating method is widely used, but cumbersome processes, higher cost, difficult to deal with alkaline plated steel waste. In order to solve the above problems, Nanjing Automobile Gear Factory carried out a new technology research on behalf of copper plating with impermeable coating.
