目的观察秦皇岛市汉族人脂联素基因rs6773957(A/G)多态性与代谢综合征的关系。方法代谢综合征患者282例,正常对照组253例,采用PCR-直接测序方法检测脂联素基因rs6773957(A/G)多态性,比较基因分布与代谢综合征的关系。结果代谢综合征组G allele(+)基因型组腰围、腰围/身高、HOMA-IR、甘油三酯水平显著高于Gallele(-)基因型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脂联素基因rs6773957(A/G)多态性与MS有相关性。
Objective To investigate the association of adiponectin gene rs6773957 (A / G) polymorphism with metabolic syndrome in Qinhuangdao City. Methods Two hundred and eighty-eight patients with metabolic syndrome and 253 normal controls were enrolled. PCR-direct sequencing was used to detect rs6773957 (A / G) polymorphism of adiponectin gene and the relationship between gene distribution and metabolic syndrome was analyzed. Results The waist circumference, waist circumference / height, HOMA-IR and triglyceride level of G allele (+) genotype group were significantly higher than those of Gallele (-) genotype group in metabolic syndrome group (P <0.05). Conclusion Adiponectin gene rs6773957 (A / G) polymorphism is associated with MS.
