为了探讨大鲵腺垂体在生殖活动中的作用,用光镜和电镜观察了大鲵产卵前不同时期垂体的显微和超微结构及其变化。大鲵腺垂体中间部很发达,远侧部内按细胞嗜色性可分为嗜碱区、嗜酸区和混合区。远侧部的GTH细胞内有直径为150~1100nm的小分泌颗粒和1.5~2.4μm的大型球状分泌颗粒。在8月份的GTH细胞中,由于大分泌颗粒的变形而出现一些不规则的团块,小分泌颗粒也有融合现象。从5月份到8月份间,LTH细胞数量显著增多,STH细胞、TSH细胞和ACTH细胞的数量和形态无变化。本文讨论了GTH细胞形态变化与功能之间的关系。
In order to investigate the role of pituitary gland in reproductive activities, microstructural and ultrastructural changes of pituitary gland at different periods before spawning were observed with light microscope and electron microscope. The middle part of the pituitary gland is well developed, and the distal part can be divided into basophilic zone, eosinophilic zone and mixed zone according to cell colorimetry. The distal part of the GTH cells are small secreting particles with a diameter of 150 ~ 1100nm and 1.5 ~ 2.4μm large spherical secreting particles. In GTH cells in August, some irregular clumps appeared due to the deformation of the ophthalmic granules, and the secretion of small secretions also had the phenomenon of fusion. Between May and August, there was a significant increase in the number of LTH cells and no change in the number and morphology of STH cells, TSH cells and ACTH cells. This article discusses the relationship between changes in GTH cell morphology and function.
