目的了解乐清市常见水产品中重金属及砷含量状况。方法利用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法及石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水产品中铅、镉、汞、砷、甲基汞、无机砷的含量,采用单因子污染指数法对测定结果进行分析与评价。结果 6项污染物指标均有检出,检出率以总汞为最高,达76.8%;而超标率以总砷为高,达5.79%;总砷、总汞和镉有超标现象。单因子污染指数提示水产品中铅、镉和总砷有不同程度的污染,砷污染状况最为严重。结论乐清市水产品检测结果表明,海水水产品贝类中的铅,甲壳类、贝类中的镉,鱼类中总砷为轻污染水平,而甲壳类、贝类和其他类水产品中的砷均达到重污染水平,其他水产品均处于正常的背景值范围内,提示应高度重视水产品安全和水域环境问题。
Objective To understand the status of heavy metals and arsenic in common aquatic products in Yueqing City. Methods The contents of lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, methylmercury and inorganic arsenic in aquatic products were determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The single factor pollution index method was used to analyze the results of determination Evaluation. Results Six indicators of pollutants were detected, the detection rate of total mercury as the highest, up to 76.8%; while the excess rate of total arsenic was 5.79%; total arsenic, total mercury and cadmium exceeded the phenomenon. The single factor pollution index suggests that lead, cadmium and total arsenic in aquatic products have different levels of pollution, and the arsenic pollution status is the most serious. Conclusion The test results of aquatic products in Yueqing City show that cadmium in shellfish, sea urchin shellfish, cadmium in shellfish, and total arsenic in fish are light pollution, while in crustaceans, shellfish and other aquatic products Arsenic reached the level of heavy pollution, other aquatic products are in the normal background value range, suggesting that aquatic products should be highly valued safety and water environment problems.
