目的:了解尿毒症患者透析前后补体活化与荷C3d免疫复合物(C3d-IC)水平。方法:双抗体夹心ELISA法。结果:透析后C3d含量及C3d-IC水平较透析前显著下降,而C3浓度则显著升高,在所有33例C3d-IC阳性者中,有29例C3d含量高于正常水平,二者水平变化呈现高度的正相关;而透析前的9例C3d-IC阴性者中,C3d含量亦明显增高。结论:尿毒症患者体内补体的激活除主要由C3d-IC引起外,可能还与血清中存在的非免疫性激活物有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the levels of complement activation and C3d-immune complex (C3d-IC) in patients with uremia before and after dialysis. Methods: Double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results: The level of C3d and the level of C3d-IC decreased significantly after dialysis compared with that before dialysis, while the level of C3 increased significantly. Among all 33 patients with C3d-IC positive, 29 patients had higher level of C3d than the normal level Showing a high degree of positive correlation; and dialysis before 9 patients with C3d-IC negative, C3d content was also significantly higher. CONCLUSION: Activation of complement in patients with uremia is mainly caused by C3d-IC, and may be related to the presence of non-immune activators in serum.
