财务内控是高校内控管理中的重要组成部分,然而从目前高校财务内控的实际情况来看,高校的财务内控管理中还存在一些问题和不足。通过有效的激励机制,可以充分调动财务工作人员在高校财务内控管理活动中的积极性、主动性和创造性,从而加强财务内控管理的效果。本文从高校财务内控管理角度出发,对激励机制在高校财务内控中的应用进行了科学的探讨。
Financial internal control is an important part of internal control management in colleges and universities. However, judging from the actual situation of financial internal control in colleges and universities, there are still some problems and deficiencies in the financial internal control management in colleges and universities.
