井架由于长期使用,各部件在拆卸、运输和安装过程中产生了不同程度的变形、损伤和腐蚀,影响了井架原设计时的承载能力。为此,提出了以实测应变参数为主的井架可靠性评估,来评定井架承载能力的方法,为使数据处理的准确性,以现场测试数据为基础,应用最小二乘法原理,用线性回归推算出井架在大载荷下的应力;利用结构抗力—荷载响应干涉理论,对井架进行可靠性评估,并且在评估方法中考虑了标准偏差的修正问题,在实例中对修正前、后井架可靠指标作了比较。在上述方法基础上,编制了一套数据处理分析软件,使得评估工作快速、方便、准确,及时避免可能的事故发生。文中还介绍了在高科1 井、克拉2 井的测评情况,使得该方法获得圆满效果。
