监控量测是隧道安全施工的重要控制手段,安全管理控制基准的建立对隧道节约设计和安全施工具有保障作用。目前公路、铁路隧道施工规范的位移控制基准都是以相对位移控制建立,而对于特定跨度、特定施工方法的必须进行非接触量测的矢量位移控制基准尚无规定。文章通过对全站仪自由设站的非接触量测实践的分析研究,提出了非接触量测的三维矢量位移控制基准和非接触量测的隧道施工安全管理判定基准,从而对非接触量测中判断隧道开挖施工时的围岩、支护结构的稳定性具有重大的经济意义和实际应用价值。
Monitoring measurement is an important control measure for tunnel safety construction. The establishment of safety management control benchmarks can guarantee tunnel design and construction safety. At present, the displacement control standards for highway and railway tunnel construction standards are all established by relative displacement control. However, there is no stipulation on the basis of vector displacement control for non-contact measurement for a certain span and specific construction method. By analyzing and studying the non-contact measurement practice of free standing station, this paper proposes a three-dimensional vector displacement control criterion for non-contact measurement and a criterion for non-contact measurement of tunnel construction safety management, so that non-contact measurement It is of great economic significance and practical value to judge the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure during tunnel excavation.
