[目的]为空心莲子草入侵的预防控制提供理论依据。[方法]通过控制试验,研究了空心莲子草宿根不同片断化程度以及不同土壤埋藏深度对宿根萌芽及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]宿根片断化程度越高,空心莲子草产生越多的萌芽来建立种群,而在宿根片断化程度低的情况下,则通过幼苗早期快速生长来建立种群。土壤埋藏深度对宿根萌芽具有显著影响,然而只要宿根能萌芽出土,经过充分的生长期,土壤埋藏深度对宿根萌发苗的生长是没有显著影响的。[结论]在宿根片断化下,通过萌芽和幼苗生长的权衡策略,有利于空心莲子草的入侵;在防除空心莲子草方面,控制其宿根萌芽出土是关键,覆土深埋可以控制空心莲子草的萌芽。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of Alternanthera philoxeroides invasion. [Method] The effects of different fragmentation of Alternanthera philoxeroides on root growth and seedling growth of perennial roots were studied by controlled experiment. [Result] The higher the degree of fragmentation was, the more sprouts were produced in Alternanthera philoxeroides to establish the population, whereas in the case of low degree of fragmentation, the population was established through the rapid growth of early seedling. The depth of soil burial had a significant effect on the germination of the petiole, however, as long as the petiole could germinate unearthed, the depth of soil burial had no significant effect on the growth of the perennial germination seedlings after a sufficient period of growth. [Conclusion] Under the fragmentation of perennial root, the countermeasures of budding and seedling growth were in favor of the invasion of Alternanthera philoxeroides. Controlling the emergence of Alternanthera philoxeroides was the key to controlling the emergence of Alternanthera philoxeroides. bud.
