近年来已提出了数种比色测定钪的灵敏试剂,如4-(2’-吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚(简称PAR)、偶氮砜和二甲酚橙等。其中以PAR最灵敏。Jensen曾于1960年制得一系列类似1-(2’-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(简称PAN)的噻唑偶氮衍生物用作数种金属离子的螯合滴定指示剂。新近,作者合成了2-(2’-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(简称TAE)。此试剂与钪作用的红色反应,较PAR或二甲酚橙灵敏,且较两者均易于合成和纯制,故试用于比色测定钪。
In recent years, several sensitive reagents for the colorimetric determination of scandium have been proposed, such as 4- (2’-pyridylazo) -resorcinol (PAR), azosulfone and xylenol orange. One of the most sensitive to PAR. In 1960, Jensen made a series of thiazole azo derivatives similar to 1- (2’-pyridylazo) -2-naphthol (PAN) for chelating titration of several metal ions. Recently, the authors synthesized 2- (2’-thiazolylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (TAE for short). The red reaction of this reagent with scandium is more sensitive than either PAR or xylenol orange, and both are easier to synthesize and pure than those of scandium.
