在我国现阶段的发展之中,伴随着世界地位的提升,各项工作有效展开的同时,对于人才的需求也随之逐渐地增加,人力资源在各个领域都得到了充分的重视。在这种影响下,医院的人力资源管理工作也开始逐步地有了新的发展与新的特征,这其中工会也发挥了很大作用。可以说,医院工会在医院的日常工作中有着举足轻重的地位,它是帮助医院员工维护自身利益的重要组织,同时也是实现员工与医院之间沟通无障碍的集中代表。医院工会有效地推动了医院在某种层面上实现对员工的有效管理。笔者将通过分析新时期医院人力资源管理工作的新特征,进一步探讨医院工会对于其人力资源管理工作的几点作用,希望可以有效地促进我国医院人力资源管理工作的发展。
At the present stage of our country’s development, along with the enhancement of the status of the world and the effective commencement of various tasks, the demand for qualified personnel has also gradually increased. Human resources have been given full prominence in all fields. Under this influence, the hospital’s human resources management has also begun to gradually develop new features and new features, of which trade unions have also played a significant role. It can be said that the hospital union plays a decisive role in the daily work of the hospital. It is an important organization that helps hospital staff to safeguard their own interests, and is also the centralized representative that enables the communication between employees and the hospital. Hospital unions effectively promote the hospital to some extent to achieve the effective management of staff. By analyzing the new characteristics of hospital human resources management in the new period, the author will further discuss the roles of hospital unions in their human resources management and hopefully can promote the development of hospital human resources management in our country.
