目的 观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)对庆大霉素所致活体豚鼠耳蜗损害的拮抗作用。方法 豚鼠皮下注射庆大霉素连续10d,造成内耳损伤。实验组同时腹腔注射bFGF,对照组则注射生理盐水。检测两组豚鼠的听功能,耳蜗行扫描电镜观察。结果 扫描电镜观察所见对照组耳蜗损伤明显重于实验组,对照组ARB听阈较实验组高(P<005)。结论 bFGF对庆大霉素所致活体豚鼠耳蜗损伤有拮抗作用
Objective To observe the antagonistic effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on cochlear damage induced by gentamicin in vivo. Methods Guinea pigs injected gentamicin subcutaneously for 10 days continuously, resulting in damage to the inner ear. In the experimental group, intraperitoneal injection of bFGF and control group were injected with normal saline. The hearing function of the two groups of guinea pigs was examined, and the cochlea were observed under scanning electron microscope. Results Scanning electron microscopy showed that the cochlear injury of the control group was significantly heavier than that of the experimental group. The control group had higher hearing threshold of ARB than that of the experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusion bFGF can antagonize the cochlear damage induced by gentamicin in vivo
