The authors studied the contents and influential factors of seven trace elements and magnesium in zinc, copper, iron, manganese, chromium, selenium and cadmium in hair and serum of 210 healthy children aged from 7 to 12 years in Wuhan. Among them, Voltammetric determination, other elements using atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that there was a significant gender difference in hair-bearing male and female; hair zinc and manganese were positively correlated with age and cadmium were negatively correlated, this age difference reflected the different needs of trace elements in different ages; Compared with preschool group and adolescent group, hair zinc increased with age, hair chromium and selenium decreased with age. Stepwise regression analysis showed that there was a certain relationship between hair and serum trace elements, hair zinc and serum zinc was positively correlated; there is a certain regression between height and hair manganese, hair iron and hair zinc and body weight and serum copper Relationship, suggesting that these elements have a certain impact on height and weight development.
