为研究地锦草不同提取部位的体外抗皮肤癣菌作用。采用大孔吸附树脂梯度洗脱分离法对地锦草乙醇提取物进行洗脱分离,得到五个洗脱部位;根据美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的《产孢丝状真菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感性试验方案》(M38-A),测定地锦草5个提取部位对17株临床常见皮肤癣菌的最低抑菌浓度值(MIC)。结果表明地锦草5个提取部位均有显著的抗真菌作用,其抗真菌有效物质主要集中在20%乙醇和40%乙醇洗脱部分。由此可知,地锦草不同提取部位对试验菌株的生长具有明显地抑制作用。
To study the in vitro anti-dermatophyte action of different extractive parts of H. alba. Elution and separation of Ethanol extracts from Eupatorium hormeum by gradient elution with macroporous resin were performed to obtain five elution sites; according to the American Committee for the Standardization of Clinical Laboratory (NCCLS), the liquid base for spore-forming filamentous fungi was used. Antimicrobial Drug Sensitivity Test Protocol for Dilution (M38-A). The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 17 clinically common dermatophytes was determined from 5 extracts of Euphorbia decumbens. The results showed that the five extractive parts of H. alba showed significant anti-fungal effects, and its anti-fungal effective substances were mainly concentrated in the elution part of 20% ethanol and 40% ethanol. From this, it can be seen that the different extracting parts of Euphorbia humifolia have a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of the test strain.
