为了实现集控中心下属电站的“无人值班”(少人值守)目标,通信方式的实时性和可靠性至关重要。通过整理水电厂集控中心的概念和作用,介绍了IEC 60870-5-104协议(以下简称“104协议”)的典型特点和通信过程。结合水电厂监控系统在现场的应用,着重讨论了用于松林河集控中心的104协议通信模式和方案,对其应用过程中存在的问题和难点进行分析总结,并对其在未来智能化水电厂中的应用进行了展望。
In order to achieve the goal of “unattended” (undermanned duty) of power plants under the control center, the real-time and reliability of the communication mode is of utmost importance. By sorting out the concept and function of centralized control center of hydropower station, the typical characteristics and communication process of IEC 60870-5-104 protocol (hereinafter referred to as “104 protocol”) are introduced. Combined with the application of hydropower plant monitoring system in the field, the 104 protocol communication mode and scheme for Songlin River Centralized Control Center are emphatically discussed, the problems and difficulties in the application of the system are analyzed and summarized, and its intelligent water The application of power plant is prospected.
