由甘肃省农科院植保所主持的《小麦条锈病持久控制技术研究》项目,通过科技人员5年的艰辛努力,已获重大科研成果,今年元月中旬由省科技厅主持通过技术鉴定。该项目针对甘肃省小麦锈病发生规律和主发区,在天水、陇南等地设立试验点,开展多方面的深入研究。通过试验研究,项目组人员推导分析了该省44个小麦品种的抗育锈基因组合,查明了以陇南为主甘肃小麦品种的抗条锈基因背景,为抗条锈基因转育及今后抗锈基因的合理布局提供了科学依据;其次,组建了抗条锈基因库,明确了25个国际已知抗条锈基因的有效性,研究选育出接近在生产上直接应用的抗病、丰产小麦新品系16个。此外,他们应用
The “Wheat Stripe Rust Disease Long-term Control Technology Research” project hosted by the Plant Protection Office of Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences has won great achievements in scientific research through five years of arduous efforts of scientific and technical personnel. It was presided over and passed the technical appraisal by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology in mid-January of this year. The project aims at the occurrence of wheat rust and the main area of wheat disease in Gansu Province, set up test sites in Tianshui and Longnan, and conducted in-depth research in various aspects.
