获得性低巨核细胞性血小板减少性紫癜(下称AATP)是一种原因不明疾病,各种治疗效果欠佳,我们试用小剂量长春新碱(VCR)缓慢静点治疗10例,报告如下; 临床资料本组10例经临床、血象、骨髓检查确诊。诊断标准:(1)病人有鼻衄、紫癜等出血情况,(2)贫血程度与失血量成正比,(3)血象:仅血小板减少,(4)骨髓象巨核细胞减少或缺如、其它正常,(5)除外继发性血小板减少性紫癜。10例均为女性,年龄15～57岁,起病至确诊时间1周～7年。治疗方法:将VCRlmg加入5%葡萄糖500ml中,每分种9～12滴,约0.02mg/分,每周1次,4次为1疗程,2疗程无效改用其它治疗。
