研究了掺杂激光染料DCM和手性剂CB15的向列相液晶器件的激光辐射行为。制作了反平行摩擦处理的器件,得到了扭曲向列相液晶平面织构态。采用固体Nd:YAG倍频532 nm波长激光作为抽运光源,测量并分析了器件的受激辐射光谱。当抽运光较弱,小于18.0μJ时,观察到染料DCM较宽的荧光辐射谱。随着抽运光的逐渐增强,以波长606 nm为中心出现了较尖锐的受激辐射峰,具有明显的阈值特性和方向性。最小半峰全宽(FWHM)大约为10 nm。
The laser radiation behavior of nematic liquid crystal devices doped with laser dye DCM and chiral agent CB15 was studied. Anti-parallel rubbing device was fabricated, and the twisted nematic liquid crystal plane texture was obtained. The solid-state Nd: YAG 532 nm wavelength laser was used as the pumping light source to measure and analyze the stimulated emission spectrum of the device. When the pumping light is weak, less than 18.0μJ, a broad fluorescence spectrum of dye DCM is observed. With the gradual enhancement of pumping light, a sharp stimulated emission peak appeared at the wavelength of 606 nm, with obvious threshold characteristics and directivity. The minimum full width at half maximum (FWHM) is about 10 nm.
