我厂为了进一步提高6120型柴油机的产量和质量,自制了一批专用设备,这里介绍一台加工曲轴突缘孔的四工位机床。这台机床由动力头、主轴箱、钻模座、回转工作台、机座和电气设备等部分组成(图1、2)。为了集中工序、简化结构,机床利用我厂标准回转工作台,共有四个工位,没有专门的装卸工位。加工时依次装四个工件,第Ⅰ工位装卸工件(曲轴)、钻φ11.8毫米定位销孔(1个),第Ⅱ工位钻φ14.5毫米、深39毫米螺纹孔(8个),第Ⅲ工位扩17毫米、深5毫米埋头孔(8个),第Ⅳ工位攻M16×1.5毫米螺纹(8个)。机床动力头每进退一次即可加工好一个曲轴,每班可加工30多根曲轴。
