目的明确某天线厂建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病防护措施及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的系统或单元提出职业病控制措施的建议。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平和检测结果,对该厂职业病危害因素情况、职业卫生管理措施、职业防护设施效果、个人劳动防护用品、职业健康监护等方面做综合评价。结果该厂产生的职业危害因素主要有噪声、粉尘、苯及其同系物、紫外线。结论紫外线接触岗位、6个噪声接触岗位不符合相应的国家卫生标准要求,应加强对其危害的监管与控制。粉尘浓度虽未超过相应的国家卫生标准,结合现场情况,仍应将其作为关键控制点,加强日常的监管与控制。
Objective To clarify the hazards of occupational diseases caused by the construction project of an antenna plant, analyze the harm degree and the impact on the health of laborers, evaluate the protective measures and effects of occupational diseases, and put forward the suggestions on the occupational disease control measures for the systems or units that do not meet the occupational disease hazard protection requirements. Methods The data and data were collected through occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination and occupational health examination. Combined with the occupational disease prevention facilities, personal occupational disease prevention levels and test results, the occupational disease risk factors, occupational health management measures, occupational health protection measures Facilities, personal protective equipment, occupational health monitoring and other aspects of a comprehensive evaluation. Results The factory produced occupational hazards are mainly noise, dust, benzene and its homologues, ultraviolet light. Conclusion UV contact positions, six noise exposure jobs do not meet the requirements of the corresponding national health standards, supervision and control of its harm should be strengthened. Although the dust concentration does not exceed the corresponding national health standards, combined with the site situation, it should still be used as a key control point to strengthen routine supervision and control.
