推导了光度法测定有机试剂的逐级电离常数及各型体的摩尔吸光系数的计算通式。选用Rosenbrock 算法处理实验数据。在20℃,离子强度 I=0.4的条件下,测得三溴偶氮胂的六级电离常数(pk_2)分别为:0.60、1.56、2.81、6.59、9.50和11.26。
The formula for calculating the stepwise ionization constant of the organic reagent and the molar extinction coefficient of each type of compound was deduced by spectrophotometry. Rosenbrock algorithm is used to process the experimental data. The six-level ionization constants (pk_2) of tribromoarsenazo were 0.60, 1.56, 2.81, 6.59, 9.50 and 11.26, respectively, at 20 ° C and ionic strength I = 0.4.
