面对市场竞争与金融危机的冲击,当前众多企业重新从战略的角度对企业发展进行思考,开始把寻求竞争优势的目光从产业扩张引回到组织本身上来,并认识到企业只有以提升企业的组织认知能力为着力点,通过积极和有效地开展开放式创新活动,形成以知识为核心的竞争优势,才能从容的应对环境的变化和各种危机,实现企业的可持续发展。本文以认知理论和开放式创新理论为依托,通过组织认知的内涵、组织认知能力系统的构成,以及组织认知对开放式创新影响机理的阐述,分别从组织支持、组织智力和组织表现三个角度重点讨论了组织认知对于中国企业进行开放式创新活动的启示。
