教师的教学心理探究1.倾注爱心,感染学生教师对学生的亲切关怀和暗含的期待,可以产生巨大的感染力,而且影响着学生的智力、情感、个性的发展。作为声乐教师,要对学生充满爱心,既当严师,又当慈母。首先要通过各种途径了解学生的社会生活环境、家庭经济状况、兴趣爱好以及他们的个性和不同的方言习惯。教师对每个学生的情况知道得越清楚,了解得越透彻,解决每个学生具体问题的能力就越强。
The teacher’s teaching psychology inquiry 1. Indulging in love, infecting the student teacher’s kind attention and implied expectation of the students, can have a huge appeal, but also affect the student’s intelligence, emotion, personality development. As a vocal teacher, we must be full of love for our students. We must be a strict teacher and be a mother. First of all, we must understand students’ social life environment, family economic conditions, hobbies, and their personalities and different dialect habits through various channels. The more clearly the teacher knows the situation of each student, the more thorough the understanding and the greater the ability to solve each student’s specific problems.
