实验动物为雌性C57BL/6Cr小鼠,5只为一组,在5周龄时摘除其两侧的卵巢,然后给予当归芍药散,并用给水瓶自然给水,对照组只给予水。用避暗型记忆学习装置进行记忆、学习功能试验。另外,还探讨了当归芍药散对拘束应激小鼠的影响。补体量的测定,用家兔的血细胞从补体总量(TCH_(50))和补体替代激活途径(ACH_(50))两方面进行。结果,摘除卵巢组小鼠的记忆获得、记忆消退功能比对照组差,给予当归芍药散后记忆获得、记忆
The experimental animals were female C57BL/6Cr mice and 5 mice were a group.
