家族企业是商品生产中出现最早的企业形式,也是当代企业群体中数量最为庞大、内部结构与关系最为复杂、规模差异最大的一种企业形态。当今世界许多著名大公司其前身就是家族企业,如汽车产业中的福特汽车公司、化工产业中的美国杜邦公司等。但是,在市场经济中举足轻重的家族企业却很难延续传承下去,大部分在第二代就败落了,极少传承到第三代。本文从家族酒店人力资源管理的基本情况谈起,分析了当前家族酒店人力资源管理中存在的难点问题,并提出了相关建议。
Family business is the earliest form of enterprise in the production of goods, and it is also a kind of enterprise form with the largest number of contemporary enterprise groups, the most complicated internal structure and relationship, and the largest scale difference. Many famous companies in today’s world were formerly family-owned companies, such as Ford Motor Company in the automotive industry and DuPont in the chemical industry. However, the dominant family-run enterprises in the market economy have a hard time extending their inheritance. Most of them are defeated in the second generation and rarely inherited to the third generation. This article starts from the basic situation of human resources management in family hotels, analyzes the difficulties in the current human resources management of family hotels, and puts forward some suggestions.
