通过对比普通粉煤灰、矿粉和早强掺合料对混凝土强度发展规律的影响,并通过弹性模量和徐变等性能试验,验证提高箱梁混凝土早期强度,缩短张拉周期的可行性。研究结果表明:采用早强掺合料配制高性能混凝土,早期强度和弹性模量满足张拉要求,但早期张拉会造成混凝土徐变成倍增加,因此不建议预应力结构提前张拉。
By comparing the influence of ordinary fly ash, mineral powder and early strength admixture on the strength development of concrete, the feasibility of increasing the early strength and shortening the tension period of box-girder concrete is verified through the performance tests of elastic modulus and creep . The results show that the early strength and elastic modulus of high performance concrete can meet the requirement of tensioning, but the early tensioning will double the creep of concrete. Therefore, prestressing structure is not recommended for early tensioning.
