在自制的微动摩擦磨损试验机上,以矿用钢丝为研究对象,探讨润滑油脂对钢丝微动磨损特性的影响规律.结果表明:润滑油脂使钢丝微动运行区域中部分滑移区和混合区显著缩小,滑移区增大;摩擦系数和磨损量显著降低,跑合期延长;润滑油脂条件下,部分滑移区损伤轻微,环状区域较光滑,混合区和滑移区摩擦氧化减少,损伤以表面疲劳及磨粒磨损为主,磨痕表面较平滑,损伤程度明显小于干摩擦条件.
In the self-made fretting friction and wear testing machine, mining steel wire is taken as the research object to study the influence law of lubricating grease on the fretting and wear characteristics of steel wire. The results show that lubricating oil can make the partial slip zone and mixing zone The friction coefficient and the wear amount decreased significantly and the run-in period prolonged. Under the condition of lubricating grease, the damage of some slip zone was slight, the annular zone was smooth, the frictional oxidation of mixed zone and slip zone was reduced, The damage was mainly caused by surface fatigue and abrasive wear. The surface of the wear scar was smoother and the degree of damage was obviously smaller than that of the dry friction.
