To assess the efficacy of different stress tests in detecting ventricular arrhythmias 50 patients (41 males, 9 females) with an age of 37~69(X=54) years and documented CAD (10 after anterior and 20 after inferior MI) were subjected to bicycle, ergometry (B-EKG) in upright position and treadmill(T-EKG). In both tests 3 stress levels with a duration of 3 rain each were applied until the maximal heart rate was reached or symptoms appeared.
